The course materials for my Restorative Approaches Training  have been independently assessed and accredited by CPD UK

​

 

Aim:

• To learn the benefits of a Restorative Approach compared to traditional systems of 'behaviour management'. Looking at the high value of trusted relationships through restoration.

Objectives :

• To Explore traditional school based systems of reward and consequence. Do they improve the behaviour of vulnerable children ? Re establish your school values.

• To understand how real emotional distress occurs. Learn the high value in a Restorative Approach which maintains  relationships and can create the trust to improve behaviour.

2 hours level 1 - plus 2 hours level 2 if needed
